Applications:

Glucosamine hydrochloride is a kind of marine biological agents extracted from natural chitin, which can promote glycosaminoglycan synthesis in human body, improve the viscosity of articular synovial fluid and the metabolism of articular cartilage. It also has promotional effect on antibiotic injection efficiency which can be used in the synthesis of water-soluble anti-cancer drugs chlorine urea. It not only has cancer resistance of nitroso urea compounds but also has the characteristics of less inhibition of bone marrow toxicity, showing certain cure efficacy for melanoma, lung cancer, kidney cancer and so on. Adding glucosamine into the culture medium can enhance the N-glycosylation of secreted proteins and affect the variation of cell lines such as ring cells and stem cells. Glucosamine, a kind of amino sugar, is a precursor of the biosynthesis route of hexose amine, which can lead to the formation of UDP - N - acetyl glucosamine (UDP-GlcNAc), then used in the preparation of glycosaminoglycan, polysaccharide protein and glycolipid compounds.
